We purchased our first home in 2023 with a different inexperienced realtor, and it was likely one of the most stressful situations we have ever dealt with. When we wanted to move again quickly afterwards, we were referred to Kate and were cautious because of our previous experience. From the initial consultation to the closing of both properties, Kate knew exactly what she was doing and we never doubted she had everything under control. Hiring Kate made it feel like we were her only client. It felt as if when we reached out, she was sitting there staring at her phone waiting to respond to us instantly. There were 5 other homes that were for sale in our neighborhood at the same time that had been on the market for a while, but Kate had ours under contract in less than a month. Kate also negotiated a complex purchase of our new house with owner financing. We found our dream home and Kate got us in it. When there were issues, which were minimal due to Kate's thoroughness, Kate went above and beyond to handle them before they became a real problem. If you are tired of being jerked around by relators that just want to close deals, you can stop looking. Kate will go out of her way to explain at showings why a certain house has issues, what issues may arise years down the road, etc. Even when she knew a house wouldn't be right for us, she still took the time to do an in person showing so that we could see the issues she already knew about. If you've taken the time to read this entire review and you're still not convinced on hiring Kate, I don't know what to tell you.

Purchasing a home from out of state seemed like a terrible idea, but working with Kate, I could not have had an easier experience. She was knowledgeable, thorough and always one step ahead. She gave advice while letting me make final decisions. I never felt like I was left waiting for information and I always knew she had my best interest at heart. My biggest concerns going in to the home buying process were finding a realtor who would work with my budget and know the areas I was interested in. Those concerns quicky went away after talking with Kate and seeing her process for finding clients their perfect home. Everyone on her team is so nice and you never feel like a bother when asking questions. This was especially nice as a first time home buyer. Kate made sure to keep me filled in with everything along the way so l was never left wondering or in the dark. You truly feel like she is friend who wants the best for you and is going to work hard make sure you get what you want. I can't recommend her or her team enough.

Kate was an absolute godsend when it came to purchasing our forever home. We ran into several roadblocks in getting the house under contract and then additional bumps in the road once we were under contract. We barely had to lift a finger in navigating through these roadblocks, because we had Kate. Whether it meant taking several late night calls from the seller or hunting our developer down, Kate was up for the challenge. I don't think we would have gotten our home without her, and I am forever grateful for her help.

Kate was incredible from the beginning. Before we even met her, she was responsive and personable. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of teaching regarding the process and her buyer consultation was incredibly helpful. She took so much time explaining everything and answering all of our questions. I always joke that Kate knew this house was our house as soon as she met us- and she got us into this PERFECT house on our first day of looking. She somehow made it work for my husband to come back later that afternoon, and we got our offer sent that night! When coronavirus came along, the team moved even faster and got our closing date moved up. I have said multiple times through this process that I felt like Kate's only client, as she made us feel like the priority the entire time.
